Zen Exaltation [General] Prerequisites: Still Mind class featureBenefit: Whenever you use a Flurry of Blows, all attacks made with the flurry deal an additional +2d8 damage, which increases at every odd Monk level (+3d8 at level 5, +4d8 at level 7, and so on). This applies to the normal number of attacks you can make when flurrying in a single round, but not extra attacks from feats, class abilities, and similar things such as from other natural weapons apart from the unarmed strike with which you're flurrying, and two-weapon fighting (though extra attacks from spells such as Haste still add the bonus damage).

Furthermore, for every four Monk levels you possess, you gain a +1 competence bonus to attack rolls to all attacks in a round during which you use Flurry of Blows (+1 at level four, +2 at level eight, +3 at level twelve, and so on). Finally, you may use all your Monk abilities while armored in Light armor as well as while unarmored (including your Wisdom bonus to AC, your increased speed, Evasion, and so on); the only exception to this is the AC bonus from monk levels (the one that begins at +1 at level five and increases by another one at every five levels) which only goes into effect when unarmored as normal.
