FUS RO DAH!

You let out a powerful shout, causing a blast of high speed which which destabilizes or even blows away your opponents in a cone. You can cast this spell as a swift action, a standard action, or a 1 round action with different effects.

Swift: Creatures must make a Fortitude save or be deafened and staggered for 1 round, and you get to bull rush creatures in a 15 foot cone, using your casting modifier in place of your strength. On a successful save, they are only deafened for 1 round. This can push a creature beyond the limits of the spell, and you do not travel with them on their movement. The forced movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Standard: Creatures must make a Fortitude save or be stunned for 1 round and staggered for 1d4 rounds after. They are also deafened for 1 minute. You can bull rush creatures in a 30 foot cone, using your casting modifier in place of your strength. On a successful save, they are only deafened and staggered for 1 round. This can push a creature beyond the limits of the spell, and you do not travel with them on their movement. The forced movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

1 Round: Creatures must make a Fortitude save or be stunned for 1 rounds and staggered for 1d4 rounds after. They are also deafened permanently. You can bull rush creatures in a 60 foot cone, using your caster level in place of your strength. Bull rushed creatures fall prone at the end of their movement. On a successful save, they are only deafened and staggered for 1d4 rounds. This can push a creature beyond the limits of the spell, and you do not travel with them on their movement. The forced movement does provoke attacks of opportunity.
