You know the secrets behind a well crafted rumor.Prerequisites: Bluff 6+ ranksBenefit: By spending a minute of conversation, you may start a rumor. Choose anything mentioned in the conversation to spread. Make a free Push an Agreement check (to push the target(s) to gossip) using Bluff rather than Affability. If you succeed, the target(s) are obliged to spread the rumor.
