This spell function as per summon esper IV, however the esper stay as a ghostly spirit in the same square as the caster for the duration of the spell. It can still be attacked as normal, however it posses 10 hit points per caster level instead of 5, it remain unaffected by anything not dealing direct damage (it can still be banished or dispelled as normal).
