Jetpack[edit]
Jetpacks are extraordinary mechanical devices created by gnome engineers in an attempt to achieve flight when magic was not an option. The jetpack takes up your shoulders slot and is composed of a backpack tank of alchemical F.U.E.L and two metal pipes that end in rotating ball joints with vents in them. The rotating exhaust ports are controlled by a connected pair of wires that run down the legs. By gesturing with the legs and flexing certain muscles, the device is controlled. Because of the complex and exotic methods of control, it requires a DC 15 Profession (pilot) check to start and stop a jetpack, and DC 20 operate until familiarity is achieved.
The jetpack carries you along at a fly speed of 40 ft. (perfect) and consumes F.U.E.L as it does so. For each ounce of F.U.E.L, it can fly for 1 minute. Its tank holds 10 ounces of fuel, and takes a full round action to refill.
