Prerequisites: BAB +4, Weapon Focus (Javelin), must be able to cast a 3rd level [electricity] spell, spell-like ability or Font of PowerBenefit: When you throw a javelin as a standard action, you may turn it into a bolt of lightning. The javelin ranged attack roll becomes a ranged touch attack and deals electricity damage instead of physical damage.
