This highlights all creatures (allies and enemies) below 30% HP (with a very minor reddish glow). This does not show exact HP, only that they are below 30%. Concealment and invisibility still hides creatures (this only shows what the manifester can normally see). Should a creature's HP rise to 30% or above during the duration of the power, this power will no longer highlight them.

This will tell who/what is dying, diseased, poisoned, ability damaged, nauseated, exhausted, unconscious, sickened, fatigued, stunned, panicked, staggered, confused, shaken.
