The wizard tried to cast celerity but he could not...Prerequisites: Fighter level 16thBenefit: Creatures that you are aware of can not take any immediate actions, cannot cast spells and their contingency cannot trigger during your turn or as a result of your actions. You may allow any number of creatures to take actions normally during your turn as a free action.
