The wizard tried to cast celerity but he could not...Prerequisites: Fighter level 16thBenefit: You exert extreme pressure during your turn disrupting immediate actions, spells and contingencies. Whenever a creature you are aware of attempt an action during your turn it must make a character level check (DC 11 +your own character level) or the action fail to happen and all resources used for that action are wasted.
Special: You are obviously not constrained by this feat during your turn.
