This spell create an almost invisible extremely thin mist in the air, it has no effect on visibility however it has the property of suppressing fire. It is impossible to start a fire, ignite an object or cast a spell with the [fire] descriptor within the area of effect. Any flames brought into the suppression mist are extingusihed in 1 round and any [fire] effects either passing through the suppressing mist or targeting a creature inside subject to spell dampening 4. Fire damages dealt to creature inside the suppression mist is also halved.
