Master grifters are huge assholes, they steal not be agility, skills or force but by honeyed words and false documents. They usually come from social rogues who put less of a focus on combat and more on deception and trickery. A master grifter is an expert at fooling people, forging money and document and generally being a pain in the ass of law enforcement. They are also somehow really good at making friends.

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the Master Grifter.
Deflect Truth (Ex): A 1st level master grifter is no longer forced to say the truth when under the effect of zone of truth or similar ability thanks to her uses of sophistry and other dubious conversational techniques, however it does make lying a lot harder imposing her a -10 penalty on her bluff checks.
Reliable Trickery (Ex): A master grifter add her class level +1 as a bonus to bluff, disguise and forgery skill checks.
Scroll Imitation (Ex): A 1st level master grifter is an expert at imitating handwritings, this allow them to craft scrolls as if they had the scribe scroll feat as long as they possess at least one copy of the scroll they are attempting to craft. Additionally they may craft magic items (including scrolls) without needing to meet the spell and caster level requirement of the item as long as they possess a scroll of of that spell (the scroll is not expended upon the creation of the item).
Additionally she count her character as caster level for the purpose of qualifying for item creation feat.
Deception (Ex): A 2nd level master grifter at deceiving people to the point people she deceive then to like her more, she may treat any creature she successfully bluffed in the last 24 hours as one step friendlier (to a maximum of helpful). This bonus do not stack with itself and if the creature discover it was deceived or if the master grifter do something to offend the creature it attitude will adjust accordingly.
Sneak Attack: As the rogue ability.
Bullshit (Ex): A 3rd level master grifter became a master at spewing utter bullshit. She may grant herself up to a +8 bonus on her bluff check, however if the target she attempt to bluff make effort to finding out about her claim (or is an expert at the subject) the bonus turn into a penalty.
Counterfeit Funds (Ex): A 3rd level master grifter has gained the ability to use special counterfeit funds of her making, she essentially always has 100 gp on her that she can use in combination with real money or not. She may only access her counterfeit funds once per day per class level, anymore would be highly suspicious. She cannot accumulate counterfeit money.
Identity Theft (Ex): A 4th level master grifter is an expert identity theft, she the spymaster as a bonus feat except with the following changes: All of her cover identity must be existing person she either met or saw a reasonable amount of paperwork belonging to them. If she already had the spymaster feat or later get this stack with it, getting both stolen identities and cover identities.
Contacts All Over (Ex): A 5th level master grifter have contacts in all major cities of the world, or at least those not in completely isolated countries, and most major town. When entering a settlement you may make a DC 10 class level check +2 for every settlement size smaller than small city the current settlement is (so a large town would be DC 12, a small town DC 14 and etc). If you succeed you have a contact in the city.
The contact initial disposition is helpful toward the master grifter, however mistreating the contact will adjust it attitude appropriately. The contact will provide free shelter and food, information and aid as needed for the master grifter and her allies. While a city with a contact the master grifter gain an +10 bonus on knowledge (local) checks for that particular settlement and on gather information checks.
The Boss (Ex): At 5th level master grifter gain the variant leadership feat as a bonus feat even if she do not meet the prerequisites.
