The broken bridge rebuilt itself before your very eyes, but just beyond the vibrant edges of the effect everything remained as decayed as it ever was.
When you cast this spell the environment within 30 ft centered on the focus is reverted to a state as it was, up to 1 year per caster level ago. This can repair broken bridges and objects, unlock doors that were locked after your time period, or render structures that were not built yet non-existent. You can always choose to revert time less than your maximum. This does not affect creatures, and creatures outside of the area of effect can choose to enter your temporally warped space or wink out of existence and remain in their own time within the environment you cannot interact with anymore.
Any changes you make in the "past" do not stick and only persist while in the spell effect. You can revert time to a period where a sword was intact, pick up the sword, but once you leave the spell area or the spell ends the sword reverts to its broken rusted state. Likewise objects brought into the area revert until they are no longer in the area.
This spell can be made permanent (caster level 13th, 2500 XP), toggled on and off as a standard action and always reverting to a fixed time in the past.
Focus: A basketball sized crystal worth 2000 gp.
