Clone Spell [Metamagic] Benefit: When you cast a cloned spell, you also cast a second copy of the same spell, including enhancements from metamagic feats other than clone spell. The second copy may have different choices made in casting, such as different targets or different effects. If both spells have a duration of concentration you may use a single action to maintain concentration on both. For example, a 16th level wizard could cast a cloned telekinesis and perform a "violent thrust" against a frost giant with the first copy and perform a "combat maneuver" to pin its jarl with the second. He could instead perform a "combat maneuver" against the jarl and pick up an iron grate with a "sustained force". On his next round he could concentrate on and use both the "combat maneuver" and "sustained force" versions of the spells as a single standard action. A cloned spell uses up a spell slot four levels higher than the spell’s actual level.
