You've got an arrow with their name on it.
As part of this spell you fire your projectile weapon once at a creature within your first range increment, and the attack becomes an arrow/bolt/bullet of inevitability. Such a projectile seems to move in slow motion in the air, moving at a speed of 20 ft in a round and altering its course to follow and pursue its target. Nothing stops its movement, ignoring spells and effects which impede motion as if under freedom of movement. It ignores illusions and invisibility, and makes perception checks at +10 with low-light vision and darkvision 60 ft. If line of effect is broken, it approaches as close as it can and waits until the target is accessible. If the target flees to another plane, it remains motionless until they return. Once within 5 ft of the target, it suddenly accelerates and hits with full force. You automatically hit, but cannot otherwise critical with this shot.
The projectile itself can be attacked, as destroying it is the only way to prevent the inevitable. It has AC 18 (presumed Diminutive for a medium arrow), the hardness of its substance (usually 5 for wood), and 10 hp/caster level. As an object, it always fails its saves.
