Enchant Item gives a +3 enchantment to a weapon or piece of armor for 1 hour per caster level. This enchantment takes an hour of uninterrupted concentration. At a cost of 200xp this enchantment can become permanent. To use this spell the item must be of at least masterwork quality.
The enchantment from this spell can, at maximum, stack with one lesser enchant item and one greater enchant item, but does not stack with another base enchant item (even if permanent).
Disenchant Item: the spell can act in reverse; instead, negating up to +3 of an enchanted touched item. Requires one minute of uninterrupted concentration, and lasts for one round per caster level (but cannot be made permanent).
