Aegis of Athena [Minion]
Prerequisites: Bab +1, Favored of Athena, proficiency with all shields.Benefit: You may wield a shield in one of your hand without interfering with your ability to use that hand, allowing you to use two-handed weapon or cast spells with no problems.
Additionally any shields you wield become blessed by Athena, against any attacks made against you while you are not flat-footed you reduce any damage dealt to you by the shield's shield bonus + it enhancement bonus. This apply even against energy damage, exotic forms of damage and apply before DR.
If you commit an heinous act against Athena, she will strip you of this feat and Favored of Athena for 24 hours.
Special: At the GM's discretion, if you commit an extremely heinous crime against Athea you lose both this feat and the Favored of Athena feat permanently and Athena will get creative with you, you will be however warned that you are about to commit an extremely heinous act in addition to the normal warning granted by the Favored of Athena feat.
