The warhammer has an empty magic circle inscribed upon it. Upon dismissing an outsider, an arcane sigil appears within the empty circle.
This +1 warhammer is a bane to extraplanar threats. On a natural 20, or as a standard action normal attack against any extraplanar creature with 50% or less hp, the target is also subject to dismissal on a failed Will save, DC 15 + your highest mental ability modifier. Use this DC over the special DC of Dismissal.
Upon successfully dismissing a creature, the warhammer retains memory of the last creature dismissed. If the wielder has at least equal or greater HD than the CR of the creature, they can spend a 1 round action summoning said creature into existence as if by a summon monster spell. It is a generic member, even if the dismissed creature was unique. It follows your commands for 1 minute before vanishing. Once expended the rune vanishes and a new creature must be dismissed.
When you dismiss a creature, it replaces the previous rune if any.
This weapon can be presented as opposing substance for a banishment spell, and if you are extraplanar at the time, you take a -1 penalty to attack and damage while using this weapon.
Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, dismissal, summon monster V.
