Baphomet was a demon lord who ruled a layer of the Abyss called the Endless Maze. He was the Prince of Beasts and the Demon Lord of Minotaurs, an embodiment of savagery and an insidious force that wormed its way into the heart of his followers to deceive them into embracing brutality.

Features

Charge (Variation [5]). [6] If Baphomet moves at least 10 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, the target takes … extra … piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a … Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 10 feet away and knocked prone.

Labyrinthine Recall. [6] Baphomet can perfectly recall any path he has traveled, and he is immune to the maze spell.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). [6] If Baphomet fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. [6] The demon has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Lair Actions

[1] [2] When fighting inside its lair, an baphomet can use lair actions. On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the demon lord takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the demon lord can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Illusory Room
  • Reverse Gravity
  • Seal the Way
