Bhuka Healer Substitution Levels

Race: Bhuka

Bhuka healers train to become competent in treating dessication damage and to prevent the perils of the waste. They are responsible for water in their communities.

Healer of the Waste: At 1st level, instead of Healing Hands, a bhuka quencher gains an expanded spell list. This allows it to cast the following spells:

• 1st: cloak of shade^Sand, impede sun's brilliance^Sand, locate water^Sand

• 2nd: freedom of breath^Sand, hydrate^Sand, protection from dessication^Sand

• 5th: mass hydrate

• 6th: mass protection from dessication

• 7th: dessication immunity

Desert Companion (Ex): At level 5th, instead of Unicorn Companion, it gains the ability to call a camelopardel^Sand as a companion. This feature otherwise functions as Unicorn Companion.

At healer level 14th it adds the threskisphinx^Sand as a possible companion (but it doesn't have the Craft Wondrous Item feat, instead you may give it another feat).

Kikanuti's Blessing (Ex): By level 17th a bhuka quencher becomes immune to dessication damage and to the effects of heat. In addition, it gains an aura in 10 feet (3 meters) which shares its bonus to saves by Humanitarian Protection, against dessication damage and desert hazards, to allies whitin the area. This feature substitutes the Vivifying Soul feature of a healer.
