As this spell is being cast, massive storm clouds cover the sky in the affected area. As soon as the casting is complete, a sudden hailstorm accompanies rapid temperature loss, inciting the effects of extreme cold after the first minute of exposure. Creatures that take lethal damage from the effects of cold are fatigued, and those that also take nonlethal damage are exhausted. These effects last until the damage is healed.
Driving snow and wind hinder the movement and vision of those inside the storm. Creatures more than 30 feet away gain the benefits of concealment, and all creatures have their movement speeds cut in half. Any creature with a Strength score less than 10 + your caster level is also unable to fly in this storm.
