The loss of a limb can be traumatic, and typically the limb is replaced by some simulacrum or other replacement. This graft doesn't technically affect the limb so much as alters the blood, allowing it to flow from wounds and from the stumps of severed limbs into new limbs and, with practice, weapons.

This is technically a blood graft, not a limb graft, but its use it limited unless a limb is missing. When you are wounded in melee with an attack that draws blood (typically a piercing or slashing attack) your blood shoots out dealing 5 points of magic bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage back to your attacker (or up to the maximum damage you took).

If you are lacking a limb you can focus your mind to cause blood to flow from the stump and form a dense semisolid mass of blood in the shape of the missing limb. You can also forge it into the shape of any weapon you are proficient with (including two-handed weapons, though it is still treated as one-handed for Power Attack and damage). You cannot form complex weapons with moving parts, although flexible parts are fine. It cannot generate ammo, so a bow can be formed but not fired with one limb. Forging a limb or a weapon, or forging it into a new shape, is the same action as drawing a weapon. You can "sheathe" your limb or weapon as a free action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity once per round.

This second effect is tiring, and you can only maintain the limb or weapon for a number of rounds equal to your Constitution modifier before you must rest a number of rounds equal to the time it was deployed. You can stretch out the duration longer, up to twice as long, but you are rendered fatigued. If done while you are fatigued, you are rendered exhausted instead. The blood may be enhanced as a masterwork manufactured weapon, with the same enhancements applied to all weapons if applicable.

Your blood limb drinks the blood of others and adds it to your own. Each hit heals you for 2 hp and restores 1 point of Constitution damage. If you happen to drink blood as well as part of your diet, you gain the effects of drinking blood.

Graft Flesh (Any), spiritual weapon, vampiric touch; Price 16,000 gp
