Casual Stealth [General] The assassin, without disguise simply walked the street. He killed his target quickly and then faded into the crowd.Prerequisites: Disguise 1 Ranks, Hide and Move Silently 4 RanksBenefit: You may make a Hide and Move Silently even if you do not have concealment by 'fading in the background'. Whenever you are in public area or a crowd you can attempt a Hide and Move Silently even without concealment, this 'fool' even extraordinary senses as you are still perceived but not recognized and an intruder of threat.

If a creature is specifically looking for you, or you stand out because of equipment, race and other features you take a -8 penalty on your Hide and Move Silently check. This may be alleviated with a successful Disguise check as normal. You take a -10 penalty to your Hide and Move Silently if you are doing something obviously illegal (such as being in a place where you are obviously not supposed to be in) but not hostile, it automatically fail if you attack a creature or perform an obviously hostile action. Special: If you possess the Hide in Plain Sight ability you gain the ability to fade out 1 round after performing an hostile action. You do so at a -10 penalty and possibly an additional -8 penalty if you were recognized as people will be looking for you.
