This weapon won't shut up.
Chatterbox weapons have been granted the power of speech, and to make recordings. If the chatterbox weapon is intelligence, it gains the ability to speak in any one chosen language plus the languages it already knows. Otherwise, its wielder can speak through the weapon without opening their mouth allowing them to make verbal components or communicate underwater or pinned. If used as part of a bard song, it increases the duration of any bardic music effect by +1 round after concentration is lost.
You can set the weapon to record up to 5 minutes of sound and play it back on command. While recording, the weapon glows red.
