Chrono-Ronin
A chrono-ronin is a warrior who learned how to manipulate their own personal clock, allowing them to stop time, or move extremely quickly to everyone's else perception. The origin of their power is often mysterious, but as they grow in power it becomes more and more natural for them to exist while time is stopped.

Replaces: Mount, Order, Order Abilities (2nd, 8th, 15th), Mounted Archer, Banner
Benefit: A chrono-ronin gains the following class features.
Rapid Steps (Ex): A chrono-ronin can manipulate her own personal time to accelerate herself, gaining a +10 bonus to her land speed. This bonus doubles while under the effect of time stop.
Temporal Challenge (Ex): A chrono-ronin's perception of time slow down when fighting the target of her challenge, granting her a +1 dodge bonus to AC against it attack and gaining a +1 bonus to hit on her own melee attack roll against it. This bonus increases by +1 for every four levels the samurai possesses.
Skipping Seconds (Su): A 1st level chrono-ronin is able to create a highly localized time stop, allowing her to dash and strike while still able to harm her opponent. As a standard action, the chrono-ronin moves up to 10-ft and makes a single melee attack. Her opponent is treated as flat-footed for the purpose of this attack, and it deals 1d6 additional precision damage if it hit. At 5th level and each 4 level thereafter, the attack deals an additional 1d6 points of precision damage. Once she uses this ability, she must wait 1 round before using it again.
Slice Arrows (Su): A 2nd level chrono-ronin is able to stop time briefly and slice arrows, bolts and even bullets in midair. As an immediate action, she gain the effect of Armed Deflect Arrow for 1 round. Instead of merely deflecting projectiles, she destroys them in midair before letting time resume. She is not limited to one projectile she can deflect per round this way, but she can only deflect a number of projectiles per day this way equal to her 1 + Dexterity or her Charisma modifier, whichever is higher.
Milliseconds Move (Ex): A 4th level chrono-ronin adds her Charisma bonus to her Reflex save and gain Evasion as a Rogue.
Sudden Haste (Su): A 5th level chrono-ronin is able to grants herself the benefits of haste as a swift action. She may stay hasted for 1 round per class level per day, uses need not to be consecutive. Additionally, the chrono-ronin counts as being able to cast haste for the purpose of meeting prerequisites.
Time Has Stopped (Su): At 8th level, a chrono-ronin is able to cause time to stop. As a swift action, at the start of her turn she may cause time to stop as per time stop. This effect lasts until the end of her turn. She may end the effect in the middle of her turn as a free action. Once she uses this ability, she cannot use it again for 1d4 rounds. Additionally a chrono-ronin gains the Temporal Interaction feat even if she does not meet the prerequisites.
At 15th level chrono-ronin is also capable of casting time stop as a spell-like ability a number of times per day equal to her Charisma modifier. Unlike a normal caster, a chrono-ronin always know the amount of time left in her time stop.
