Silent, but Deadly [Fighter] Prerequisites: you have a gas problem, Clear the Room, Improved Clear the Room, Greater Clear the Room, Base Attack Bonus +10Benefit: Your farts take foul to a new extreme and keeping polite company is becoming difficult. As a Move Action, whenever you fart (during combat or otherwise), the gas you produce now acts like the Cloudkill spell in a number of ways, except that it doesn’t have the massive range and it doesn’t move. It does obscure vision and grant concealment, but that’s from the victims’ eyes watering rather than any darkening of the area. The gas is so horrifically stinky that everyone within 30 feet of you must make a Fortitude Save (DC 10+half your character level+your Constitution Modifier). On a failed save, they are Nauseated and take 1d4 points of Constitution damage every round that they are in the affected area. On a successful save, they are Sickened and halve the Constitution damage. After leaving the affected area, they are Nauseated or Sickened (depending on whether they passed or failed the save) for a number of rounds equal to your HD+Constitution Modifier. You gas now lingers for 1 minute/level. Silent, but Deadly has a cool down period of 1d4 hours Normal: You can’t control when you pass gas and it’s not stinky enough to be useful in combat.Special: You can still use any of the Clear the Room feats instead of this one. Whenever you wish to fart during combat (or just in general), you must declare which of the feats that you are using. After one has been used, they are all subject to the cool down period of whichever feat is in effect

Special 2: Fighters can take Silent, but Deadly as one of their Bonus Feats

Special 3: Despite the name, the fart does not have to be silent. It can be as loud as desired.
