Features

Wine Blessing (1/month). Clurichaun may bless up to a cask of wine within 120 feet of itself. This blessed wine will have an unearthly good flavor and, as long as it is not drained completely, will refill itself before sunrise. The clurichaun may withdraw this blessing at any time it desires (usually if offended).

Innate Spellcasting. Clurichaun are innate spellcasters using Charisma as their spellcasting ability. They can cast the following spells without material components (spell save DC 10, +2 to hit with spell attacks):

At will: control water (any liquid)
2/Day: create or destroy water (or wine)
1/Day: mirror image (made of liquid)

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 (1d4-2) piercing damage.

Liquid Spray (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Spell Attack: the churichaun causes a nearby (within 30 feet) source of liquid (pool, large pool of liquid, waterskin, wine cask, etc.) to spray in a 15 foot cone. All creatures (except the churichaun) in the cone must attempt a Dexterity saving throw (DC 10). On a failed save the creature takes 6 (1d12) bludgeoning damage and is pushed 10 feet in a direction the churichaun chooses. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and must move to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of itself.

Clurichaun are 2 foot tall fey whose diet consists entirely of wine. They often dress as innkeepers, perhaps in an attempt to look like they belong in the wine cellars of inns (the most accessible locations of their sustenance). Good natured clurichaun that are treated kindly may bless the wine of its benefactor. Evil natured clurichaun will often drink a cellar dry.
