You inscribe a target spellcaster with a potent magical seal, shaped like a slowly pulsing glyph or magic circle on their body, that immediately breaks all links with called creatures, and suspends any calling contracts it may have of any kind. Placing the seal requires a touch attack.

Upon successful placement of the contract seal, all spells with the Calling subschool cast by the target are disrupted, sending any and all creatures called by the target back to the location they occupied before being called. Any contracts established with any of the planar ally spells, with the gate spell's Calling with contractual service option, or with magical effects dependent on either written contract, spoken contract, or contract in blood, soul or other vital substances, are suspended for as long as the seal remains intact, and while the seal is active the target can't sustain any new Calling effects.

A contract seal can be removed only by a break enchantment, limited wish, lesser miracle, or stronger.
