Crackling Invoker [General] Benefit: Any electricity damage you deal by an additional 1 point per dice of electricity damage, this only applies once per attack or effect. Whenever you deal a creature electricity damage equal to at least 10 + twice it HD to a creature it must make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + 1/2 HD + your highest mental ability score modifier) or become 'overcharged'. An overcharged creature has 50% chance of being Immobilized for 1 round at the start of each of it turn.

If a creature absorb your electricity damage as healing it count as having taken damage for the purpose of becoming overcharged.

A creature automatically stop being overcharged if it does not take any electricity damage for 1 round. Special: If you inflict overcharge on a Lightning Powered creature it remove their immunity to electricity (as well as the ability to absorb it) for the duration.
