Curse Transfer

Effect:	You extract a curse from a creature and cast it on another creature
Duration:	Instantaneous

With an opened hand and a focused mind the caster drains malefic energy from the flesh of a creature in as a cold and dark fog and use this to curse another creature which immediately suffers from pain.

The caster of this spell targets a creature in range of this spell and affected by a permanent [Curse] spell effect, and must roll a Spellcraft skill check to extract the curse from the body of the target (DC = 15 + twice the level of the [Curse] spell). If he fails the Spellcraft skill check, this spell ends and does nothing. During the extraction, the caster takes 1d6 of negative energy per level of the curse and can makes a Fortitude saving throw for halve damage. Once extracted, the caster target another creature in range of this spell and cast the extracted curse on it, and the DC of the curse is increase by 4. It the new target of the curse spell success his Will or Fortitude saving throw to negate the effect of the spell, you have 50 % chance that the spell vanishes with no effect, otherwise the extracted curse spell is applied on you with no saving throw and no spell resistance.
