This amulet behave as the actual Amulet of Immortality, but it is in fact a copy made by a twisted wish. While it behave exactly the sane way, if a creature is brought to 0 hit point or below while wearing it will start to convulse and bleed profusely. If the amulet is not removed within the end of it next round, the wearer turn into Immortal Flesh. This effect may only be reversed by a Wish effect with a 50% chance of failure.

Cost to Create: Unique item, cannot be created.
