Declare Smite [General] "On this day, you evildoer will die!"Prerequisites: Ability to use Smite Evil or a similar abilityBenefit: As part of using smite evil (or another smite ability) you may openly declare doing so, making an Intimidate check to Demoralize Opponent against the target of the smite. If you succeed, the target automatically become At Bay from you for 5 rounds instead of the Demoralize Opponents normal effect.

This ability bypass any immunity to [fear] or [mind-affecting] effect the target may have, however it only work on non-mindless creature and is [language-dependent] ability. Special: A Paladin may trade his Turn Undead ability gained at 4th level for this feat.
