This book is great but there is an error on page 28. Well all you need to do is slip the tape into the back of the book and... the errors not only have been fixed, you've gained an entirely new chapter to read as well!

An editing book is a book with 100 pages and small runes along its spines and a "pocket" on the back cover which can hold something about the size of a credit card. When its sister item, a thick rune covered sheet of paper called the editing tab, is placed within this pocket any alterations and changes imbedded in the editing tab apply to the book, altering text, pictures, page counts, and even adding or subtracting pages as needed.

Editing tabs cost 1 gp for every page you wish to add, subtract, or otherwise edit. Editing tabs are one-use consumables and become normal strips of thick paper.

Editing books and editing tabs have become popular with books which undergo many revisions, such as textbooks. They can also be used for spellbooks (add +15 gp to the price of the editing book). These editing spellbooks can fold up and apply a scroll into the pocket reducing the time to record the spell down to 1 minute. This consumes the spell or spells on scroll and adds the spells to your spellbook.

Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, amaneunsisSpC.
Cost to Create (book): 37.5 gp, 3 EXP, 1 day.
