Mantling the powers of eldritch beings from beyond time and space, you mentally tear a hole in reality allowing one of their uncountable tentacles to burst through and strike your opponent. You deal 1d8 points of magic bludgeoning damage plus your highest mental ability modifier out to a range of your reach + 15 ft as a touch attack (as this is melee with extended reach). The impact is so sudden, the target must make a Fortitude save or be knocked prone.
You can alternatively perform any action you can do with two hands at this range, such as disarming or grappling, but the tentacles vanish at the end of your turn.
Madness Cost: 1
Augment: For every power point spent, you deal an additional 1d8 points of magic bludgeoning damage. For each extra two dice of damage, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
If you spend 6 additional power points, you can manifest this power as an immediate action.
