Electrical Torment [General]
Prerequisites: Must be able to cast a spell or spell-like ability (or manifest a power or psi-like ability) with [electricity] descriptor of 2nd level or higher.Benefit: Whenever you deal electricity damage, you may convert any amount of it into non-lethal damage. In addition, your [electricity] spells and powers are so painful that creatures not immune to pain-effects are taken by wracking pains that impose a −4 penalty on attack rolls, skill checks, and ability checks for 3 rounds (fort negates).
