Elsewhale Surprise is a dish made from elsewhalePlH meat that is illegal in most places, by and large due to the fact that elsewhales are neutral good intelligent creatures and eating them is akin to cannibalism for some. For those less burdened by legal and ethical standards, elsewhale surprise is a dish that is quite delicious and filling. As soon as the meal is done, the eater is transported through the planes as if by plane shift. It is not entirely accurate, and there is a 20% chance the eater will end up on a random unintended plane instead. Still, it's one of the cheapest ways to planar travel, assuming one has time for a meal.
Prerequisites: Brew Potion or a Craft (cooking) DC 35.
Cost to Create: 250 gp, 20 EXP, 5 days.
