Empowered Grim

Not all grims perform their duties as psychopomp constantly, some maintain mortal identities and work under the cover of anonymity. These grims often use standing as mortals to keep watch of the world of the living.

Class: Grim

Level: 1st, 3rd

Replaces: Past Deeds, Second Path

Benefit: An Empowered Grim gain the following class features:

Grim Identity (Ex): A empowered grim gains a vigilante's dual identity, seamless guide as well as a magical child's transformation sequence class feature. The grim's identities are known as empowered identity and mortal identity, which behaves just like a vigilante and social identity respectively.

The empowered grim must be in her empowered identity to transform correctly. In desperation, the grim may transform while in her mortal identity but doing so cost 1 additional life point and may expose her.

At 7th level the empowered grim gains the Quick Change social talent, and Immediate Change social talent at 11th level.

This ability replaces the Past Deeds class feature.

Social Talent (Ex): At 3rd level and each 3 levels thereafter, the grim gain a social talent as a vigilante.

This ability replaces Second Path.
