Everlasting Subtype[edit]

Everlasting are powerful almost divine creatures resembling humans, they have the duty of protecting and shepherding humanity no matter the cost. The everlastings are not divine, indeed an everlasting may in fact never become a true divinity because of the nature of their creation. While they appear human each have their own specialized nature, all everlastings are unique creature with unique abilities of their own.

Everlastings are known for their use of artificial servants, they created the celest as a servant race. They also widely use logos.

Everlasting can be called through gate, each have specific demands for temporary servitude.

Traits[edit]

A everlasting creature possesses the following traits (unless otherwise noted in a creature’s entry).

  • d12 Hit Die: This overrides the outsider's usual d8, but does not supplant additional class HD. A everlasting has maximum hit points for each of its Hit Dice.
  • Control Human (Su): Everlasting can force a human to obey their command as a standard action, this work as an insidious suggestion that can only affect creature with the human subtype and can affect up to one creature per caster level within range.
  • Fast Healing and Regeneration: Everlastings have both fast healing and regeneration (typically equal to their hit dice).
  • Feats (Ex): Everlasting are incredibly talented individuals. They gains a feat every odd level instead of every 3rd.
  • Human Morphology (Ex): Everlasting have the human bonus feat and bonus skill points.
  • Immunities (Ex): Everlasting are immune to poison, death-effect, disease, ability damage, ability drain, energy drain and they cannot be stunned or staggered.
  • Mighty Aura (Ex): Everlasting all have a powerful aura that is a combination of an angel's protective aura (except that it protect against any alignment instead of evil) and an archon's aura of menace. Additionally everlasting add their charisma modifier to all their saving throw and AC.
  • Tongues (Su): All everlasting can speak with any creature that has a language, as though using a tongues spell (caster level equal to everlasting’s Hit Dice). This ability is always active.
  • True Immortality (Ex): An everlasting cannot truly die, they survive indefinitely under 0 hit points (but it may take them a while to regenerate). Any effect that would leave them polymorphed or petrified is reverted after one day/caster level leaving them at -10 hit points. If a everlasting fail it save against a death-effect instead of slaying him outright it immediately drop him at -10 hit point. They do not die from having 0 constitution or having as many or more negative level than their current hit dice, however both situation leave them helpless until they can properly regenerate. The only way to get rid of them is often imprisonment or leaving them in situation they cannot escape. Everlasting are ageless, they do not take any bonus or penalties from aging and have no maximum age.
