Extend Boost [Metamaneuver] Prerequisites: Ability to initiate any Boost maneuver.Benefit: You double the duration of a Boost, usually causing it to last for 2 rounds instead of 1.

You can only apply Extend Boost to boosts 1 or more levels lower than the highest-level maneuver you can currently initiate; Thus if you can initiate 3rd-level maneuvers, you can only Extend boosts of 2nd level or lower. This is affected by initiator level decreases.

Once you initiate an Extended Boost, you suffer a penalty to your initiator level equal to the maneuver's level until the Extended Boost ends. While this penalty is in effect, your higher-level maneuvers will become unavailable, but aren't expended or lost, and will be available once the penalty ends.
