Fiendblooded Knight

Known as corrupter, fiends get their taint over entire bloodline. Some of these souls become irredeemably tainted and become warlocksCA or are slaughtered for it. However mercy take many forms and some of these tainted child are taken in monasteries to be trained to resist evil. The Fiendblooded Knight is a Paladin who mastered their own inner demon and plan on using the power of 'evil' to defeat evil. On the other hands, those who oppose good also seek those child and some Fiendblooded Knights belong in the ranks of servants of evil. Perhaps this is more common than the occasional brave soul facing and defeating corruption and much more willing to delve into the depth of their abilities.

Class: AntipaladinPathfinder, Paladin (and Variants) or PaladinPathfinder

Level: 1st-20th

Replaces: Armor Proficiency, Divine Grace/Unholy Resilience, Spellcasting

Benefit: A Fiendblooded Knight gain the following class features:

Armor Proficiency: A Fiendblooded Knight is proficient with light armor, light shield and heavy shield but not any other type or armor or shields. Her invocation suffer from arcane spell failures, although not when she cast in light armor and/or use a shield (except a tower shield).

Invocation (Sp): At 1st level, 2nd level and each even levels thereafter, the Fiendblooded Knight learn a single invocation from the warlock list. She may learn any invocation of least level except eldritch shapes, she may still essences as normal. At 6th level she may access Lesser Invocation, at 12th level she may access Greater Invocation and at 18th she may access Dark Invocation. This follow the normal rules for using invocation as a warlock, the save DCs are 10 + invocation level + Charisma modifier.

Eldritch Smite (Su): When a Fiendblooded Knight use Smite Good or Smite Evil, she may apply a single Eldritch Essence she know to the attack. The essence affect only the target of the smite even if it would affect more targets.

If you use Pathfinder smite, the essence only apply on the first attack every round against the target of the smite, and may be chosen when the attack is made and you do not add your Charisma as a deflection bonus to AC against the target of the smite.

Bloodline Shield (Su): A 2nd level Fiendblooded Knight is protected by her fiendish blood, as long as she wear light or no armor she add her Charisma bonus as a deflection bonus to her AC.
