Graze Damage[edit]
Attacking has always been hit or miss. You either hit or you don't, and there's never any near-miss attacks. A competent fighter should at least be making plenty of near-misses, and clear misses should be rare. How to change that?
If you would miss a creature's AC, but would hit their touch AC while making an attack roll, you deal half damage. Precision damage, such as sneak attack, does not apply.
