Greater Envelope Spell [Metamagic]
Prerequisites: Envelope Spell, Quicken Spell or a means of casting two spells in the same turnBenefit: You have learned the much more difficult, but much more rewarding secret of containing a spell inside another spell rather than something like a potion vial. Both spells must be non-ray spells that have some sort of projectile. The interior spell has the benefit of not being able to be identified (including during casting) or dispelled while within the other spell. Both spells must be cast in the same turn to use this feat (most typically through the use of Quicken Spell). At least one spell used must be an Envelope Spell, although there is nothing stopping the interior spell being an Envelope spell containing an object. Both spells used take a spell slot one higher than the spell's previously adjusted spell level.
Example: Brielsil, Archmage of the Circle of the Azure Torc, casts a Greater Envelope fireball at a nearby hydra and its dwarven handlers. Encased in the fireball is a Quickened Envelope acid arrow, which to literally add insult to injury contains a balled up note written on a sheet of Aeon Parchment, telling the handlers what he thinks of their general level of cleanliness.Normal: You can't put spells inside other spells.
