As you cast a beautiful array of glossy wax wings spread from your back. Just be careful they don't melt.
You gain a pair of wings which do not interfere with any armor you are wearing and give you a fly speed of 40 ft (good). They are physical wings but which can fold up into a compax shape for squeezing through tight areas. It would be strictly superior to the fly spell, but it has a fatal flaw. If the wings melt, you will fall.
For every 3 points of fire damage you take, the duration of the wings is reduced by 1 hour. You also reduce the duration for every minute spent in a very hot environment (over 140 degrees Fahrenheit), every minute you spend flying higher than 60 ft when the sun is out, or every round you spend flying higher than 120 ft.
Unlike the fly spell, if the duration expires or the wings are dispelled, you fall immediately.
Material Component: A ball of wax and a feather.
