Incite Violence

You focus your gaze on your target and utter a whispered phrase filled with words of hatred. Your target blinks, then draws his dagger and stabs the man next to him.

A creature that fails its saving throw against this spell attacks the nearest creature it can detect on its next turn, whether friend or foe. An affected creature attacks with whatever weapon is in hand, or with natural weapons. An affected creature who is armed but has no weapons drawn will draw a weapon and then attack. An unarmed creature attacks with an unarmed strike. An affected creature not already adjacent to another creature will move or even charge the nearest creature. If the nearest creature is not within range of a charge, the subject moves toward the nearest creature along the most efficient route.

On the next round, the affected creature is allowed a second Will save with a -2 circumstance penalty. Failure causes the affected creature to continue to attack (or attempt to attack) its target from the previous round.

This spell counters and dispels calm emotions.
