Liar's Nose
The tip of your nose grows a little every time you lie.
Benefit: The tip of your nose grows a little bit every time you tell a lie. Passing on false information you believe to be true does not count as telling a lie. After 20 lies, your nose maxes out to the length of a longsword sized for you. Your nose reduces 1 lie's length every 10 minutes until it returns to normal. Telling a lie resets the 10 minute countdown. If you tell a lie while your nose's size is maxed out, it instead twitches.
Drawback: You suffer a −2 penalty on Bluff checks used to tell lies or conceal the truth, which may be opposed by a Spot check in place of a Sense Motive check when applicable.
Special: Must have a nose, unless the DM will allow a substitute feature.
Roleplaying Ideas: It's easier to convince others of your sincerity with a little demonstration... if they believe you to begin with and don't figure it for a silly trick.
