Lucent Flare [Aura, Burst][edit]

Aura causes targets to become dazzled.
With a flourish of his hands, a bursting radiance illuminated the dungeon for a moment. The orcs, dazzled, cursed and spat.
Description: As a swift action while transformed, you may generate a bursting flare of light in a 30 foot radius centered on yourself. All creatures caught in the radius must make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + ½ your grim levels + your key mental ability modifier) or become dazzled for 1 minute and blinded against you until the end of your turn. A dazzled creature is unable to see well because of overstimulation of the eyes, taking a –1 penalty on attack rolls, Search checks, and Spot checks.
Special: Sightless creatures, are not affected by this ability. Creatures with light weakness or that are harmed by light are instead Blinded for 1 round and take double the penalty of dazzled for 1 minute on a failure.
