Mechanical Prosthetic Arm [General]
One of your arms was replaced with a masterfully crafted prosthetic of your own creation.Prerequisites: 1st Level or Knowledge (Engineering) 9 ranksBenefit: One of your arms has been replaced by a Clockwork Prosthesis (Arm). Any unarmed strike you deliver with your prosthetic deals 1d6 damage (for a medium creature) and your unarmed strike count as an armed attack. Additionally, the prosthesis has the following gadgets built into it:
- Grappling Hook: This gadget allows you to fire a Grappling Hook as a move action. You can retract the grappling hook as a free action. You may deploy this gadget while falling as an immediate action. The grappling hook is attached to rope 60 feet long.
- Iron Grip: As an immediate action, you cause the hand of the arm to become clenched with great strength. This makes the arm function as a Locked Gauntlet for 5 rounds, after which the grip releases to normal. This ability can and is usually used when the Prosthetic Arm is occupied.
If the arm is damaged or destroyed, it can be repaired over the course of 8 hours with a DC 20 Craft (technology) check.
Special: This feat counts as Improved Unarmed Strike for the purpose of meeting prerequisites.
