Memories of the Dead [Special]

You enter the mind of a foe you kill or identify a corpse.

The dead hold many secrets, and I can learn yours.

Description: When you slay a creature with your Scourge attack, you may as an immediate action, enter the subject's mind. This ability functions like the spell speak with dead with a caster level equal to your class level, only that the entirety of their conversation lasts as long as the immediate action, regardless of how many questions are asked. Additionally, if you touch the corpse of a creature you can learn the creature's name, race, age and other basic information of it as well as the cause of death. This does not allow you to identify any creature who killed it, simply the cause of death.
