To use this power, you must make a successful melee attack or melee touch attack. The attack deals an additional 1d4 Mindstrained levels if the target fails its will save.
Augment: For every additional two power points placed into Mindlock Strike, the save DC increases by two and the target takes an additional spellstrained level of damage.
