You are destined to fail, why even try?
Those affected by this spell can only roll natural 1s on any dice roll done out of their own actions. Thus any attack rolls, skill checks, ability checks, damage rolls, and other dice they invoke are 1 with the penalties within. It does not apply to any rolls they react to such as saving throws, or resisting a grapple check. On a successful save, this only applies to the next roll they perform within the duration, and then the effect is discharged.
If the creature possesses luck rerolls, they may expend a luck reroll to dispel this spell as a free action.
Material Component: A pair of dice which are tossed, and always come up snake eyes.
