Monarch's Courage[edit]
Part of the Monarch's Regalia enhancement set, this inspires the wearer and their allies to proceed without fear. Much like Magic item SetsMIC, this enhancement grows in strength with the number of "Monarch" enhancements placed on it.
Initially, this suit of armor grants a +2 morale bonus against fear effects to themselves and all allies who can see the wearer within 60 ft. As a move action within this range they can attempt to grant an additional saving throw against fear or compulsion effects so long as the target can hear them. For each additional "Monarch" enhancement the bonus grows by 2, to a maximum of +8 with all four enhancements. The wearer themselves becomes immune to fear at all four enhancements instead.
If all four enhancements of this suit are worn, the wearer's voice may be projected up to 1 mile clearly, and they may use verbal skills checks (Bluff, Diplomacy, and Intimidate) to anyone who may hear them.
